  • Some tours may be non-refundable due to operational costs or third-party policies.
  • In case of weather issues or safety concerns, we may reschedule your activity or offer a partial refund at our discretion.

4. Participant Responsibility

  • Participants must follow all safety instructions given by our guides or staff.
  • PT. Bali Agung Megantara is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage caused by negligence, failure to follow instructions, or unforeseen natural events.
  • Some activities require a minimum fitness level or age limit; please check before booking.

5. Travel Documents and Insurance

Guests are responsible for ensuring all personal travel documents, such as identification and insurance, are valid.
We highly recommend having travel insurance that covers adventure activities.

6. Personal Belongings

PT. Bali Agung Megantara is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items during tours or transportation. Please keep valuables safe or leave them at your accommodation.
