Refund & Return Policy

At PT. Bali Agung Megantara, we value your satisfaction and always strive to provide the best possible experience. This Refund & Return Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and reschedules are handled for our tours and activities.

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed once full or partial payment is received. You will receive a booking confirmation by email or WhatsApp containing all tour details. Please review your booking carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

2. Cancellation by Customer

We understand that travel plans can change. To cancel your booking, please contact us via email or WhatsApp.

Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • More than 7 days before the tour date: Full refund (minus any bank or payment processing fees).
  • 3–7 days before the tour date: 50% refund.
  • Less than 3 days before the tour date: No refund.
  • No-show on the day of the tour: No refund.

All refund requests must include your booking reference and proof of payment.

3. Cancellation by PT. Bali Agung Megantara

In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule an activity due to:

  • Bad weather or unsafe conditions.
  • Technical or operational issues.
  • Minimum participant requirements not being met.

In such cases, we will offer one of the following options:

  • Reschedule to another available date, or
  • A full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

4. Changes or Rescheduling

If you wish to change the date or participant details of your booking, please inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve additional costs depending on the tour operator’s policy.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Some services or products may be labeled “Non-Refundable” (for example, special promotions or third-party operated tours). This will be clearly stated during booking.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. The exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
